How does Qynetic improve OEE?
Qynetic OEE calculates availability, performance and quality and aims to explain where losses come from — faults, waiting, setup, tool changes, cycle-time loss, micro-stops, reduced speed, scrap, rework, inspection delay and process instability.
Status: planned. Qynetic is in early development. This page describes the intended design; capabilities marked as planned are not yet generally available.
What problem does it address?
An OEE percentage shows that something is lost but not what or why, so improvement work starts with manual investigation.
How does it work?
- Machine states and events are normalised from any source into one model.
- Losses are categorised and attributed to causes using the same factory context as the other modules.
- Qynetic does not raise OEE by itself; it makes the largest and most addressable losses visible.
What does it connect to?
MTConnect, OPC UA, MQTT, PLCs, MES. Connections are made through vendor-neutral connectors; see integrations.
