What does Qynetic Planner do?

Planner is designed to plan production against real machine capability, tooling, quality state, maintenance windows, materials and inspection capacity, and to adapt plans as conditions change.

Status: planned. Qynetic is in early development. This page describes the intended design; capabilities marked as planned are not yet generally available.

What problem does it address?

Static plans assume the factory behaves as modelled. In practice tooling, quality and maintenance conditions change continuously.

How does it work?

• Orders, routing and dependencies are modelled alongside live factory conditions.
• Re-planning considers tool replacement and maintenance windows together.

What does it connect to?

ERP, MES, Scheduling systems. Connections are made through vendor-neutral connectors; see integrations.
